Starter — $399/month The Starter package is built for small businesses and solo entrepreneurs who are ready to stop guessing and start having real visibility into their finances. If you've been doing your own books, falling behind on reconciliations, or just handed a shoebox of receipts to your accountant at tax time — this is where you start fresh.
Every month, we log in to your QuickBooks Online account and take care of everything. Your income and expenses get categorized properly, your bank and credit card accounts get reconciled, and any discrepancies get caught and cleaned up before they become a bigger problem. At the end of each month, you'll receive a clean Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet so you always know where your business stands financially.
We handle up to 75 transactions per month, which covers most small businesses comfortably. And because we work exclusively in QuickBooks Online, your books are always up to date and accessible from anywhere — no desktop software, no spreadsheets, no headaches.
You also get direct email access to Ryan and Jenny throughout the month. If you have a question about a transaction, need to understand a report, or just want a second opinion on something financial — we're here. You're not getting passed off to a junior associate or an automated inbox. You get us.

Growth — $699/month The Growth package is for businesses that have moved past the basics and need bookkeeping that actually keeps up with them. You've got more going on — more revenue, more expenses, more moving parts — and your books need to reflect that accurately every single month.
Everything in the Starter plan is included, and then we go further. We handle 200 transactions per month, dig deeper into your categorizations, and make sure your chart of accounts is structured in a way that gives you genuinely useful financial data — not just numbers on a page.
Each month you'll receive your Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and a Cash Flow Statement. We also do a brief monthly summary where we flag anything notable — a category that's trending higher than usual, an account that looks off, or anything that might need your attention before it becomes a problem. Think of it as a monthly financial check-in with people who actually know your business.
The Growth package also includes accounts payable and receivable tracking, so you always know what's coming in, what's going out, and what's overdue. If you invoice clients or pay vendors regularly, keeping that organized is half the battle — and we take it off your hands.
We also handle payroll processing for up to 5 employees through QuickBooks Payroll, ensuring your team gets paid accurately and on time, and that your payroll records stay clean and compliant. Payroll mistakes are expensive and stressful — this makes sure they don't happen.

Premium — $1,199/month The Premium package is full-service bookkeeping for businesses that need everything handled, handled well, and handled consistently every single month. If your finances are complex, your time is limited, or you're scaling fast and need a financial partner — not just a bookkeeper — this is built for you.
You get everything in the Growth package, plus up to 400 transactions per month, deeper reporting, and a more hands-on monthly process. We're not just categorizing transactions — we're actively monitoring your books, keeping your accounts clean, and making sure your financial data is accurate enough to actually make decisions with.
Premium clients receive a full monthly reporting package: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and a custom report tailored to what matters most to your business. Whether that's gross margin by product line, expense trends by category, or revenue broken down by client — we build the reports that give you real answers.
We handle full payroll processing for up to 10 employees every month. Your team gets paid accurately and on time, your payroll records stay clean, and you never have to think about it. Payroll mistakes are expensive and stressful — we make sure they don't happen.
